Plane crashes: All five passengers of a small plane were gravely injured when it crashed close to Lancaster Airport in the US state of Pennsylvania. The crash will be looked into, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said.
Plane crashes, News18 reports that the single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza crashed into a parking lot in Menham Township’s Brethren Village neighborhood, causing multiple cars to catch fire. Thank goodness, there were no reported injuries on the ground.
An audio recording of the pilot complaining about the plane’s door being open and the wind noise has also surfaced. The conversation took place just before the crash and was recorded by air traffic control. The air traffic controller can be heard saying, “The plane has gone down, near the trees in the parking lot behind the terminal,” in the audio that was posted on X (previously Twitter).
When the plane went up, it banked to the left, and then it nose-dived into the earth, according to witness Brian Pipkin, who was driving close by at the time of the collision. The jet crashed into a massive ball of flames. The fire was exceedingly hard to extinguish, and there was a lot of smoke.”
The five injured people have been transported to the hospital and are receiving treatment there. The FAA is looking into what caused the disaster, along with other pertinent agencies.
