The study’s results, which address the connection between sleep and health, particularly mental health, were published in Nature Mental Health.

The study, which was headed by Professor Jiang Fengfeng of the University of Warwick’s School of Computer Science, examined sleep patterns of almost half a million UK citizens between the ages of 38 and 73.
