Passport Headquarters: The passport headquarters has received new, state-of-the-art printers from Germany.
These imported printers comprise six desktop printers and two contemporary e-printers, according to private TV channel Hum News. In order to install the printers, a foreign technical team has also traveled to Pakistan.
DG Passports When Mustafa Jamal Qazi visited the e-printers division, he received a briefing on how to install the printers. The foreign team is expected to finish the installation procedure shortly.
One thousand passports may be printed in an hour by these contemporary printers. The quality of printing will also increase with the aid of contemporary technologies.
According to DG Passports, additional e-printers will arrive in Pakistan in April, expediting the passport printing procedure even more.
