Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that talks should be held with Afghanistan to address Pakistan’s concerns.
Private TV Dunya News quoted a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as saying that a meeting on PAK-Afghan relations was held under the chairmanship of Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar. He chaired the meeting on relations with Afghanistan. Spokesperson for the Special Representative for Afghanistan Sadiq Khan gave a briefing about the visit to Afghanistan and informed about important engagements and meetings with Afghan officials.
While talking to the participants of the meeting, Ishaq Dar also emphasized the importance of talks with Afghanistan to address Pakistan’s concerns while also promoting bilateral relations.
The spokesperson further said that the Foreign Secretary and other senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also attended the meeting.
