Pakistani Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousuf met with Saudi Minister for Hajj Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah.
The Saudi Minister warmly welcomed Federal Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousuf. Saudi Deputy Minister for Hajj, Pakistani Ambassador Ahmed Farooq, DG Hajj Abdul Wahab Soomro, Consul General Khalid Majeed and Asadullah Faiz also accompanied Federal Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousuf in the meeting.
The meeting between Federal Minister Sardar Yousuf and Saudi Minister for Hajj Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah took place immediately after the recent visit of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Sardar Muhammad Yousuf paid tribute to His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman for serving the pilgrims and providing the best facilities and said that the current Saudi government has carried out the historic expansion of the Two Holy Mosques. He said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are two souls.
Saudi Minister of Hajj Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah said that the efforts of Federal Minister Sardar Yousuf, who is working hard to solve the problems of Pakistani pilgrims and provide them with the best facilities, are commendable. In the meeting, Sardar Yousuf also discussed the issues of registration of pilgrims with the Saudi minister.
When Federal Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousuf raised the issues faced by pilgrims, the Saudi Minister of Hajj assured to present the issues at the highest level on a priority basis and said that they will provide all possible cooperation to provide facilities to the pilgrims, while providing facilities to pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims is among the priorities of the Saudi government.
The Saudi Minister of Hajj said that Pakistan has always been at the top of our priorities.
