Big blow: Civil government workers will get either pension or payment if they get government jobs again after withdrawal, the Ministry of Finance has issued an office memo.
According to private television Dawn News, the Office Memorandum from the Ministry of Finance has said that retired civil government workers, reemployed after the age of 60, will be entitled to either the pension of their former job or the payment of their current job.
The Ministry of Finance has issued orders considering the recommendations of the Pay and Pension Commission 2020, under which they will get only one thing out of payment or pension in case of regular or contracture-employment or appointment. According to the Ministry of Finance, the pensioner will be given the option of getting either pension or payment.
