Turkish President’s statement: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has clearly announced his support for the Pakistani nation.
Addressing the cabinet meeting, President Erdoğan said that he is happy about the ceasefire between Pakistan and India; we have taken a clear stand on the terrorist attack in Kashmir and the missile attacks on Pakistan.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that he has made tireless efforts to reduce the extremely dangerous tension between the two countries, called his brother Prime Minister Shabbat Sharif, had an important conversation with him. He said that he congratulates the Pakistani brothers for their patience and wise stance.
Turkish President Erdoğan advised Pakistan not to get involved in provocations, he hopes that the calm atmosphere established by the ceasefire will facilitate the resolution of all issues, especially the water issue. He said that Turkey will stand with the brotherly Pakistani nation in good and bad times.
