Pakistani border closure causes: The closure of Pakistani airspace has created difficulties for long-haul Indian flights.
Private TV Geo News quoted aviation sources as saying that long-haul Indian flights are facing difficulties due to the closure of Pakistani airspace and Indian airlines have made Vienna a transit station due to the closure.
Aviation sources say that flights departing from Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore for the US and Canada stopped at Vienna Airport, and Indian airlines had to face additional expenses of crores of rupees per day during the Vienna stopover.
In addition, 20 Indian airline planes were refueled in Vienna in 24 hours, during which the crew was also changed. It should be noted that Indian airlines are facing an Emergency due to the sudden closure of Pakistan’s airspace.
It should be recalled that tensions between Pakistan and India have increased after the killing of 26 Indian tourists in the Amalgam area of occupied Kashmir. Last week, on Thursday, at around 6 pm Pakistani time, Pakistan’s airspace was closed to Indian aircraft.
