The cost of diesel, which is at Rs 258.64 per liter, is also anticipated to drop by Rs 8.70 to Rs 249.94. The public will gain when the price of commodities changes as a result of the diesel price reduction.
It is anticipated that the price of kerosene oil will drop by Rs 10.33, from Rs 168.12 to Rs 157.79 currently.
The cost of light diesel oil, which is utilized in industries, is also anticipated to drop by Rs 7.12, bringing its price down from Rs 153.34 to Rs 146.22.
