US agency deports: After deeming the Pakistani national a security danger, the US authorities deported him from the country.
US agency deports, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement removed 56-year-old Syed Rizvi from the United States on February 25 after deeming him a top national security concern, according to private TV network Geonews.
Syed Rizvi broke the terms of entry when he entered the United States lawfully on September 20, 2017, through the New York Port of Entry.
On January 31, Rizvi was taken into custody by ERO Dallas after a routine traffic stop. On January 24, an immigration judge ordered his removal.
According to ICE, Rizvi “violated the terms of his admission” after lawfully entering the country on September 20, 2017, close to the port of entry in New York.
Since Donald Trump took office in January, the US has been cracking down on people who are staying in the country illegally, and hundreds of them have already been deported to their home countries or other countries.
Pakistanis were among the 119 individuals of various nationalities that the United States deported to Panama last month.
Furthermore, three people familiar with the situation told Reuters that a government study of the security and vetting concerns of Pakistan might result in a fresh travel ban by President Trump that would prevent citizens from that country from visiting the United States as early as next week.
