The age of the moon at the time of sighting on March 30 will be approximately 24 hours. The moon will remain in the sky for 70 minutes after sunset. The Meteorological Department said that the moon aged 16 to 18 hours can be seen through a telescope, while the moon aged 20 hours can be seen directly with the eye. The Meteorological Department has said that there is a strong possibility of the moon being visible directly with the eye on March 30. Eid al-Fitr is likely to be on March 31.
